1. Peer Review Process
Safara operates a double-blind peer review process to ensure the academic quality and integrity of published articles.
All submitted manuscripts undergo the following evaluation process:
- Initial Editorial Screening
The editorial team first examines each submission to ensure that it falls within the scope of the journal and meets the basic academic and formatting requirements. - Anonymous Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers who are specialists in the relevant field. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. - Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editorial board makes one of the following decisions:
- acceptance without revision;
- acceptance with minor revisions;
- request for major revisions;
- rejection.
The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board.
2. Publication Ethics
Safara adheres to internationally recognized standards of publication ethics and academic integrity.
Authors submitting manuscripts to the journal must ensure that:
• their work is original and has not been published elsewhere;
• the manuscript is not under consideration by another journal;
• all sources are properly acknowledged and cited;
• any potential conflicts of interest are disclosed.
Plagiarism, data fabrication, and other forms of academic misconduct are strictly prohibited. The editorial board reserves the right to reject or retract any manuscript found to violate ethical standards.
3. Open Access Policy
Safara is committed to the free and open dissemination of scientific knowledge.
All articles published in the journal are freely accessible online without subscription or payment. Readers are allowed to read, download, and share the articles for academic and non-commercial purposes.
This open access policy aims to promote the global circulation of research and to facilitate knowledge exchange between scholars worldwide.
4. Copyright

Any reuse or reproduction of the published material must properly acknowledge the original publication in Safara.
